What are your favourite affirmations?


Having a positive growth mindset is so important to me. Positive statements that can help you to challenge and overcome self sabotaging and negative thoughts assist in building a stronger mind. Simply repeating words can be so powerful. 

However to avoid a toxic kind of positivity. Ensure you are feeling any of these negative emotions and honouring them as they come through. It is okay to feel the breadth and roller coaster and can help you build resilience through adversity. 

Building a strong mindset isn’t always easy. It takes time and hard work. But once you’re on the journey of trial and error, you can see positive change take place in your life. 


These can include things like:

  • Improve your self-esteem
  • Improve your productivity
  • Overcome a bad habit
  • Being more grateful for what you have

Being grateful is a big part of affirmations and becomes more effective when you pair them with other positive thinking and goal-setting techniques.
